What is the turnaround time?

Each sign is made to order. When you’re placing an order through this website it would say “… left available.” Unfortunately with my website there are requirements as far as having (x) amount of items available. In this scenario where everything is “made to order“ I just base it off of how much material there is to complete an item. During busier times of the year the holidays for example unfortunately materials sell out much faster then usual leaving it very unpredictable. So even though it may say there are so many available that does not mean I have items are in stock. They are all cut, sanded, stained, painted, and sealed by hand. 

The current turnaround time for orders is 7-10business days which does not include weekends, holidays, etc. Due to the fact that it is based off of business days if you happen to place an order on a weekend your order will not be processed until that following business day. For example, if you placed your order on Saturday your order won’t start the “7-10 business days” until that following Monday. All of my items are handmade and handled in which the order they're received.  Turnaround time is based off of the volume of orders and quantity of your order. I do offer both porch pickup or shipping when it comes to forms of shipment options. There are times that I am finished prior to the turnaround time which is always a plus but truthfully there is no guarantee. If you’re picking up i will reach out to you via Email, Facebook, etc or if you have a shipment you will receive an email. Please keep in mind during the holidays and items that are seasonal your order reach the full length of turnaround time due to high demand of orders. Seasonal items are not always available and I can’t guarantee what will be in stock at all times depending upon their popularity.
